Plan Review Process for New Construction and Remodels
Welcome to Rock Ridge!
We encourage all future homeowners in Rock Ridge to complete their due diligence and to address any concerns or questions during the review process. The Architectural Control Committee is available to provide feedback on preliminary sketches for new construction or additions. This is the perfect time to be thinking about site placement to maximize views, height restrictions, roofing & siding materials, window configurations, enclosed soffit details, retaining walls & rockeries and fencing.
Once you have a formal design worked up and BEFORE you submit to the City for permitting, it is time to submit to the RRACC for review and approval. Please use the checklist outlined below to assist your design team in ensuring that all of the necessary items have been assembled for your submittal package. In an effort to streamline the review process, any incomplete submittal packages will not be accepted. If is very important to the RRACC to meet the 30 day review window and it benefits everyone to start with a complete package.
Please contact the committee when your package is complete to arrange delivery to us via email and/or physical delivery of samples.
Thank you,
The Rock Ridge ACC
