Rock Ridge has been built in phases, and the phase map to the left spells out each phase and maps the associated properties/lots. This has left the association with several different CC&R documents, and the applicable governing CC&R documents depend on which phase a property belongs to.

We do have a unified set of bylaws and house rules for the association as a whole, and the Board is currently working through a plan to bring the entire association under one set of CC&Rs to greatly reduce the complexity of administering the association with many different sets of rules to consult.
