Membership/Dues Information
For 2026, RRCA dues are still $200 per year, and are due by January 31.
If we have your email address on file, you will get a dues invoice reminder in early January, but the CC&Rs require us to also send you an invoice via U.S. mail unless you have given us written permission to receive the invoice only via email.
Please let us know whether you’d like to get your invoice exclusively by email.
A convenient online payment option is now available! You can use the owner login link above to access your owner account and make a one-time ACH or credit card payment or set-up autopay. There is no fee to you for the ACH payment option, and a modest charge of about $7 for the convenience of using a credit card.
Dues can also still be paid by check mailed to:

Geography of Rock Ridge Community Association
Rock Ridge Community Association is a community in Anacortes, Washington situated West of Little Cranberry Lake and South of Guemes Channel, with sweeping views northwest towards Cypress Island.
The community was built in several phases, but perhaps most notably the Association does not include Phases 4 and 5 of Rock Ridge South. Those properties were built with such different architectural guidelines than those of the rest of the Rock Ridge properties. As a result, half of the homes along Rock Ridge Parkway are not part of the Rock Ridge Community Association. The lot map on this page can be consulted to identify which properties are part of this Association.
