Membership/Dues Information

RRCA dues are $200 per year, and they’re due by January 31. You’ll receive an invoice in December or early January as a reminder. Please let the RRCA Treasurer know whether you’d like to get your invoice by email or U.S. mail—whichever works best for you. Right now, dues can be paid by check mailed to the RRCA postal address. We’re currently exploring options to offer an online payment option in the future to make things even easier. Hopefully this can be ready in time for 2026 dues.

Geography of Rock Ridge Community Association

Rock Ridge Community Association is a community in Anacortes, Washington situated West of Little Cranberry Lake and South of Guemes Channel, with sweeping views Northwest towards Cypress Island.


Our community was built over several separate development phases, but perhaps most notably our Association does not include Phases 4 and 5 of Rock Ridge South because those properties were built with such different architectural guidelines than those of the rest of our Association properties. This detail leaves us with a counterintuitive situation where about half of the homes along Rock Ridge Parkway are not part of our "Rock Ridge" Community Association. The Lot Map on this page can be consulted to identify which properties are part of this Association.
